Oma's Unfloppable Raisin Bread


3 cups self raising flour
small 3/4 teaspoon salt
1 small cup sugar
currants or cake mix
1 egg
Optional: Nuts, cherries, marzipan

Beat together 1 egg and one and half cup warm water.
Mix together dry ingredients and bake for 1 hour at 160/180 degrees.
